First steps with oil pastels

Inspired by a post on art journaling with oil pastels, I pulled out my box and started playing.

First, I added background and highlights to another chicken portrait:

Frappie enjoying her last days of sunshine. The second chicken I am letting go.

Then a page in my sketchbook:

She finally saw that she had never been seen.
