I’m convinced that a well-lived life boils down to doing at least one brave thing a day. “What does bravery look like today?” is a question my art asks of me every day.
Here was today’s answer:
Plein air studio setup in the front yard
Warm up – horsetails with ocean backdrop
Being willing to let go
Noticing the reflection in the backdrop
Sketches inspired by the process, as I breathed in between working:
The olive oil incident – ha!
Noticing how I behave with different paints
What, exactly, do you need?
Imagining the figure and becoming less afraid
Practicing a face
Today’s work on the “Release the Kraken” acrylic on wood board:

May I be part of that posse… living in joy, health and magic? So ready for this transformative time. So proud to be your friend.
I see you.
Oh yeah, sometimes I forget I already HAVE a Power Posse. 🙂 *wink*
I resemble that comment. *muah*
Very inspirational — I like the idea of the daily challenge, and how you’re holding yourself to it.
Be yourself and follow that big heart of yours 😀
