Right now it’s midday on Day  11, so these images are work from yesterday (keeping my brain on track).

I took a walk and was totally mesmerized by a sculpture carved into a tree in the Peace Garden at a nearby park. I walked around and around and around her, taking many pictures because I had forgotten my sketchbook.

I goofed off in the afternoon, getting some bodywork and browsing the art supply store and bookshop. When I got home, all I wanted to do was create an image of that woman in the tree.
